The Website Platform Built for Real Estate Associations
TaliCMS is the public website layer for real estate associations - connecting to the AMS you already run instead of replacing it.
Your association has a system that holds membership records, processes dues, and talks to NRDS. It works. It's not going anywhere.
What it doesn't give you is a website your members actually want to use - and the ones that bundle a website tend to produce the sort of site your board apologises for.
TaliCMS is the public website layer. It sits alongside the systems you already run, connects to them, and gives your staff a platform they can operate without calling a developer.
Built for one kind of organisation
Most website platforms are built for everyone and adapted to you. The adaptation is where the cost and the compromise live.
Real estate associations have a specific set of needs that general platforms treat as edge cases:
- A member directory that has to be right. Find-a-REALTOR® is a public trust signal. It needs to reflect your actual membership, not a spreadsheet someone exports monthly.
- MLS listings. Every association's MLS feed is different, and getting one wrong is a project.
- Market statistics. Members and local media want housing numbers, by area, updated monthly.
- Advocacy and government affairs. Structured, current, and separate from general news.
- Education and events. The highest-traffic part of the site, and the highest-maintenance.
- Committees and governance. Rosters, agendas, minutes, and the documents that go with them.
- Member-only content. Gated without forcing a second password on anybody.
Those aren't features we added for a client once. They're the shape of the product.
What's running on it today
| Association | Members | Notable |
|---|---|---|
| Columbus REALTORS® | 9,400+ | Full platform delivered in 12 weeks. Plus a companion mobile app. |
| Abilene Association of REALTORS® | - | 82,937 MLS listings synced from a legacy NTREIS feed. Member content gated by Clareity SSO. |
| Texas REALTORS® | 146,014 | Member and office data synced from NAR's M1 Gateway. Search that reads inside documents. |
The three things associations tell us matter
1. Your staff can run it
The most common complaint we hear about association platforms isn't that they lack features. It's "we have to submit a request to change a sentence."
TaliCMS pages are built from pre-styled blocks. A communications director builds a page in minutes, previews it exactly as it will appear, sends the preview to the AE for approval, and publishes. Every change is versioned, so mistakes are reversible - including changes to navigation, which is the edit most people are afraid to make.
2. It connects to what you already have
We don't ask you to move your membership data. We read it.
In production today: NAR M1 Gateway (NRDS member and office records), Tangilla feeds (events, agents, offices), EdConnect (education and courses), and per-association single sign-on - Clareity at Abilene, Auth0 with NAR authentication at Texas REALTORS®.
The point isn't the vendor names. It's that every association's stack is different, and the platform is built to attach to yours rather than require you to standardise on ours.
3. The launch doesn't break your members' links
Associations accumulate two decades of URLs - in old newsletters, in members' bookmarks, in Google's index, in documents that link to other documents.
Before cutover we crawl and archive your entire existing site, then map every old address to its new home. After launch we re-crawl and status-check every link and asset on the new site and fix what broke. Members mostly don't notice a launch happened, which is the goal.
What it isn't
- Not an AMS. It doesn't hold your membership records or process dues. It connects to the system that does.
- Not an MLS. It displays listings from your feed.
- Not a design project that ends at launch. The platform is what your staff use every week afterwards.
Talk to us
If you're scoping a rebuild, or your current site is up for renewal, the useful next step is a conversation about your specific feeds and constraints - not a generic demo.

The questions associations actually ask
Do we have to replace our AMS?
No. TaliCMS is the public website. Your membership records, dues and NRDS data stay in the system that holds them today. We connect to it.
Will it work with our MLS?
Almost certainly. We run three different MLS data standards in production - RESO Web API, Trestle and legacy RETS. Tell us which MLS you're on and we'll tell you straight away. Beyond the feed, 146,014 members sync at Texas REALTORS® from NAR's M1 Gateway, and two member sign-in systems are connected - Clareity and Auth0 with NAR sign-in.

Can our staff really run it without a developer?
Yes, and that's the main design goal. Pages are built from pre-styled blocks, changes are previewed before publishing, and every edit is reversible.
How long does it take?
Columbus REALTORS® - 9,400 members, full platform - went live in twelve weeks. Your timeline depends mostly on how quickly decisions get made and how long your MLS takes to approve feed access.
What happens to our existing website and its links?
We crawl and archive the whole site first, then map every old address to its new home so bookmarks, newsletter links and search results keep working. After launch we re-check every link and fix what broke.
What does it cost?
It depends on your integrations, how much content you're migrating, and your timeline - so any number before that conversation would be a guess. Tell us what MLS you're on, roughly how many pages you have and when you need to be live, and we'll give you a real number.
