Three associations live. Three different stacks.
Each one inherited a different MLS feed, member system and login. Plus the project the whole idea started with.

You’ve probably had this conversation
None of these is a design problem. Each one is a platform problem, so each one has a platform answer.
“We have to raise a ticket to change a sentence.”
Your staff edit, preview and publish themselves. Every change can be rolled back.
“Everything’s in a PDF somewhere.”
Documents are organised in one library and searchable by what’s inside the files.
“Our directory is out of date.”
The directory reads your member data, so it follows joiners and leavers on its own.
“Members need a second login.”
Members sign in with the credentials they already have.
Built for what associations actually publish
Already built and running on client sites. Not quoted as custom development.
Monthly housing data by city and county, published as pages rather than PDFs.
Find-a-REALTOR®, brokerages and affiliates, from your member data.
Property search and open houses, from your feed.
One calendar, fed automatically.
Structured and separate from general news.
Rosters, agendas, minutes.
Organised, and searchable by what’s inside the files.
Behind the login members already have.
Keep your AMS. Change the website.
Your membership system holds your records, your dues and your NRDS data. That isn’t the part that’s broken, and we don’t replace it.
What stays
Your AMS
Membership records, dues, renewals and NRDS data stay exactly where they are.
Your MLS
Listings keep coming from the feed you already have.
Your events and education system
Classes and registrations stay in the tool that runs them; the site reads from it.
Your members’ login
Nobody gets a new password. They sign in with what they already use.
What changes
The public website
Directory, listings, market statistics, events, advocacy, documents and member-only content, all in one place and all current.
How your staff publish
Click, edit, save. No ticket, no developer, no waiting.
How members find things
Search that reads inside documents, pages instead of PDFs, one login.
We connect to what you have. We don’t ask you to replace it.

What association staff say
In their words, not ours.
Our new site on TaliCMS has handled the scale of a state association without missing a beat. Dazlab worked closely with our team through the build and launch, and the result is a site that's faster and much easier for our staff to keep current.
Angela Brutsche, CAE, RCE
Vice President of Communications & Marketing, Texas REALTORS®
What a project looks like
Six steps from first concepts to a site your team runs.
Step 1: We create design concepts
Branded to your association and reviewed with your team before anything is built.
Step 2: We map out the content plan
Your existing pages, documents and feeds: what moves, what merges and what retires.
Step 3: We build and migrate the content
Every old address is mapped to its new home, so bookmarks and search results keep working.
Step 4: We train you how to use it
Hands-on sessions in your own admin, with our support alongside.
Step 5: We launch with you
We switch over together, then re-check every link.
Step 6: We support you as needed
Your staff run the site day to day. We’re there when you want us.

The questions associations actually ask
Do we have to replace our AMS?
No. TaliCMS is the public website. Your membership records, dues and NRDS data stay in the system that holds them today. We connect to it.
Will it work with our MLS?
Almost certainly. We run three different MLS data standards in production - RESO Web API, Trestle and legacy RETS. Tell us which MLS you're on and we'll tell you straight away. Beyond the feed, 146,014 members sync at Texas REALTORS® from NAR's M1 Gateway, and two member sign-in systems are connected - Clareity and Auth0 with NAR sign-in.
Read the guide to the website platform built for real estate associations.
Can our staff really run it without a developer?
Yes, and that's the main design goal. Pages are built from pre-styled blocks, changes are previewed before publishing, and every edit is reversible.
How long does it take?
Columbus REALTORS® - 9,400 members, full platform - went live in twelve weeks. Your timeline depends mostly on how quickly decisions get made and how long your MLS takes to approve feed access.
What happens to our existing website and its links?
We crawl and archive the whole site first, then map every old address to its new home so bookmarks, newsletter links and search results keep working. After launch we re-check every link and fix what broke.
What does it cost?
It depends on your integrations, how much content you're migrating, and your timeline - so any number before that conversation would be a guess. Tell us what MLS you're on, roughly how many pages you have and when you need to be live, and we'll give you a real number.
Tell us about your association
Which MLS you're on, roughly how many pages you have, and when you need to be live. We'll tell you what's straightforward and what isn't.
