Three REALTOR® associations run on TaliCMS, at very different scales and on very different underlying systems. Different MLS data standards. Different member sign-in systems. None of them got to choose what they inherited.
Here's what each one needed and what we built.

Member directory, MLS listings, market reports, events, advocacy, document library and a companion mobile app. The industry norm is six to nine months.
Texas REALTORS®Texas REALTORS®: 146,014 Members Synced From NAR’s M1 Gateway
One of the largest REALTOR® associations in the country, and the largest platform we run - member and office records synced automatically from NAR’s national member data service.
Abilene Association of REALTORS®Abilene Association of REALTORS®: 82,937 Listings From a Legacy RETS Feed
A full association platform with live MLS property search, built on a data standard that was formally retired years ago and is still in widespread use.

Not a TaliCMS site: the first version of the idea, on a different technical foundation.
